Dr. Pepe has a PhD in cancer biology and DNA repair and extensive experience in development and validation of cell-based assays. In this current role, Dr. Pepe scouts, manages, and coordinates efficiency and innovation projects to improve process efficiency and ensure operational and organizational excellence. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Dr. Pepe fosters sustainable continuous improvement initiatives and drives the implementation of lean processes in the analytical development field.
